War & Its Impact…
As many of you know, building a business is never a simple journey, no matter where you are. It is about gathering the smallest pieces, one by one, and shaping them into something meaningful, something lasting.
Creating my own “castle” has been anything but easy, and the work does not get lighter with time. It has been nearly a year since I stepped into the world of perfumery, and one truth remains constant: entrepreneurship demands everything from you. Even on days when you feel like you are running on 2%, you still show up with 100% because your clients deserve nothing less than excellence.
Consistency in quality, that is the real challenge. That is the real responsibility.
Just as I was preparing to expand, ready to introduce more creations to the Fazz family, the war began. Like many, I held onto hope at first. I believed it would pass quickly, that it would not deeply affect business or daily life. But reality had other plans. Circumstances shifted, and uncertainty took over.
With that, I made the conscious decision to pause expansion. For now, I choose to focus on what I already have, five distinctive fragrances, each crafted with intention and care. Sometimes, growth is not about adding more, it is about honoring what is already built.
Fazz is slowly becoming a scent people recognize across the UAE. Sounds ambitious? Maybe. But you can see it for yourself.
In times like these, maintaining a positive mindset is not just a choice, it is a necessity. A calm mind thinks clearly, and clarity builds resilience.
Right now, my priority is simple: to stay consistent, to serve my clients with the same dedication, and to protect what I have built.
To everyone navigating business challenges or facing uncertainty, whether it is loss, pause, or transition, hold your ground. Stay hopeful. This phase is temporary.
We trust that stability will return. We trust in leadership to guide us toward safety and resolution.
Until then, do not lose faith. Stay grounded. Keep your prayers strong. The world needs peace now more than ever.
