H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, held a pivotal meeting today with Dragan Krapović, the Defence Minister of Montenegro.
