Shah Rukh Khan’s Landlord Praises His Humility During Mannat Renovation

Post by : Raina Nasser

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is winning hearts once again, not just for his films but for his humble nature. As his famous home Mannat undergoes renovation, the actor has temporarily moved with his family to a nearby apartment building.

Shah Rukh Khan and his family are currently staying in a luxury apartment complex called Puja Casa. The property is owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani and his son Jackky Bhagnani, who have rented out the space to the actor for three years.

In a recent interview, Jackky Bhagnani spoke highly about Shah Rukh Khan. He said he admires the actor’s humility and kind behavior. According to him, despite being one of the biggest stars in the world, Shah Rukh treats everyone with respect and makes people feel important when he speaks to them.

Jackky also shared that Shah Rukh personally walks guests out when they visit him, which shows his grounded personality. He added that many people expect big stars to behave differently, but Shah Rukh Khan is the complete opposite.

The move to the apartment happened in 2025 when renovation work began at Mannat. The bungalow is a heritage property, and any changes require special permission. The renovation includes expansion work and is expected to take up to two years.

For now, Shah Rukh Khan and his family are living across multiple floors in the apartment building, along with their staff and security. Even though the space is smaller than Mannat, it has been adjusted to meet their needs.

This story highlights how Shah Rukh Khan continues to impress people not just with his success, but also with his simple and respectful nature, even during a temporary move away from his iconic home.
