Geek Pictures India has confirmed the release, marking a significant step in the film's international journey with its launch in Japanese theaters. Rashmika Mandanna expressed her enthusiasm by sharing the trailer and welcoming fans from Japan.
The film's success is monumental, building on its impressive 50-day box office run. After its initial success, it was re-released with an additional 20 minutes of content. It notably became the first Hindi film to cross the ₹800-crore milestone, ultimately achieving over ₹1,800 crore worldwide, making it India’s top-grossing film ever. Its remarkable performance has set new domestic and international records.
The narrative follows Pushpa Raj, who rises from adversity to lead a formidable red-sandalwood operation. This installment is part of a three-part series, produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, with music from T-Series. Initially released on December 5, 2024, the film's upcoming Japan release is another notch in its global accomplishments.
