Khazna Data Centers, one of the top companies in the world for building large digital systems, has announced a big partnership with the well-known U.S. tech company NVIDIA. Together, they plan to build new AI (Artificial Intelligence) factories in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

This big news comes shortly after U.S. President Donald Trump visited the UAE and shared plans for a massive new 5-gigawatt (5GW) UAE-US AI campus. This partnership between Khazna and NVIDIA shows how the UAE and other countries in the region are working closely with American tech leaders to shape the future of AI and digital technology.

As part of this partnership, NVIDIA has officially approved the design of Khazna’s new data centers. These new centers are made to fully support NVIDIA’s latest and powerful GPU technology called the Blackwell architecture. This means Khazna’s future data centers will be ready to handle modern AI tasks like machine learning and advanced computing.

Most of the upcoming data centers will have the power to support up to 50 megawatts (MW) each. Some of them will be grouped together to form very large AI systems that can handle up to 250MW of power. Many of these data halls will be part of the new UAE-US AI campus. This will help the UAE become one of the most advanced places in the world for AI systems.

Khazna is not stopping there. The company is also planning to grow fast in other parts of the world, including the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. In the coming years, it hopes to build enough data centers to reach a total of 1 gigawatt (1GW) of power in countries like France, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Türkiye (Turkey), and Kenya.

This partnership is a big step forward for AI growth in the region and shows how the UAE and its partners are getting ready for the future of technology.
