Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, the UAE’s Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Group CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), conducted another inspection of key operational sites, this time at the Shah Sour Gas Plant.
During his visit, he engaged with frontline staff to evaluate the plant’s operational readiness and the level of discipline maintained at this crucial facility. He extended regards from UAE leadership and expressed appreciation for the workforce’s dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to safety and performance.
Dr. Al Jaber emphasized ADNOC’s dedication to workforce safety, underscoring that it remains the organization's foremost priority. Furthermore, he reviewed the various systems resulting from long-term investments in infrastructure, advanced technologies, and operational excellence. He noted that ADNOC’s robust performance is a direct reflection of a clear strategic vision and an integrated approach to work.
He took the time to listen to the experiences of staff on-site and engage in discussions about lessons learned, as well as potential strategies to enhance the company’s resilience and preparedness for future challenges.
Dr. Al Jaber also praised the professionalism and unity of the teams, particularly in light of the recent attacks on ADNOC’s civilian energy infrastructure in locations such as Fujairah, Ruwais, and Habshan.
