Daman Wins Three Nafis 2024-25 Awards for Emirati Talent Excellence

The National Insurance Company – Daman, a subsidiary of PureHealth Group, the Middle East’s largest healthcare conglomerate, has triumphed at the third edition of the Nafis Programme 2024-2025, taking home three distinguished awards.

Daman clinched first place in the “Efforts Supporting Emiratisation” category within the insurance sector, highlighting its exceptional initiatives to boost Emirati participation and expand career opportunities across specialized roles.

The company also received the Diamond Category award for its outstanding commitment to developing national talent, nurturing leadership capabilities, and strengthening its position as a leading supporter of Emirati employment in the private sector.

In the individual category, Esraa Alsaadi, a valued Daman employee, was recognized for her dedication to enhancing corporate performance and actively advancing Emiratisation, securing first place in the insurance sector category.
