Ajman: The real estate landscape in Ajman has showcased notable advancement in the first quarter of 2026, with licence transactions surging by 25%, as reported by authoritative sources.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, announced that a total of 1,163 real estate licence transactions were documented during this timeframe.
This data indicates that 305 real estate practice cards were issued, reflecting a 24% rise compared to the previous year. Additionally, a substantial 76% growth was observed in card renewals, with 453 renewals, showcasing both investor confidence and entrepreneurial determination within the emirate.
The report emphasized the variety of transactions, which encompassed developer registration certificates, the registration of real estate offices, advertising permits, and various renewal services, with registration certificate renewals seeing a noteworthy 13% increase.
Officials articulated that these encouraging statistics highlight Ajman’s robust and effective business environment. The emirate continues to enhance its role as a primary investment hub, bolstered by flexible regulations aimed at attracting businesses.
