Global Village Celebrates UAE's 54th Eid Al Etihad with Spectacular Festivities

Dubai’s renowned Global Village is set to host an unforgettable celebration for the UAE’s 54th Eid Al Etihad, taking place from 27 November to 3 December 2025. This multicultural venue will transform under the theme “United,” showcasing a kaleidoscope of culture and creativity that pays homage to the nation’s founding spirit.

The atmosphere will be imbued with the spirit of Eid Al Etihad, adorned with decorations inspired by the vibrant hues of the UAE flag, enhancing gates, landmarks, and walkways. Guests will discover ten unique cultural installations that highlight Emirati traditions—a perfect backdrop for family and friends seeking memorable photo opportunities.

Adding to the wonder, fireworks will dazzle the sky from 1 to 3 December at 9:00 PM, set against the national colours. A unique twist to this year’s festivities will include exclusive UAE-themed drone shows on 1 and 2 December, combining technological innovation with cultural pride.

A not-to-be-missed highlight will be the theatrical dance operetta “From the Desert to the Stars,” featuring performances on the Main Stage twice daily from 1 to 3 December. This visually stunning portrayal reflects the unity and aspirations of the UAE. Traditional Yola and Harbiya performances will also resonate throughout the event, celebrating the country’s rhythmic heritage. The festivities culminate with a live concert by Khaleeji singer Khalid Mohammed at 9 PM on 1 December.

For shopping aficionados, the Emirates Pavilion, 971 Community Pavilion, and Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation Pavilion will showcase Emirati and Union Day products, featuring handcrafted items from local families. The Heritage Village, supported by the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, aims to highlight authentic crafts and cultural treasures.

Food enthusiasts can indulge in a variety of traditional Emirati delicacies, including Luqaimat, Ragag bread, and other heritage dishes that celebrate the essence of the nation’s rich culinary landscape.

Global Village remains committed to honoring Eid Al Etihad as a symbol of unity and pride, providing guests with an extraordinary experience that seamlessly blends tradition with joy, community spirit, and festive celebration.
