UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has successfully concluded a brotherly visit to Kuwait, where he met with Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, to strengthen the close relations between the two Gulf nations. The meeting, held at Bayan Palace, reflected the deep historical and fraternal ties that unite the UAE and Kuwait. Both leaders discussed ways to boost cooperation in development, investment, and economic growth to benefit their peoples and support regional progress.

During their discussions, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and the Kuwaiti Emir also addressed the current regional and international situations, particularly the ongoing crisis in Gaza. Both leaders reaffirmed their shared stance on the importance of achieving an immediate ceasefire and ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to civilians affected by the conflict. They emphasized that a fair and lasting peace can only be achieved through the two-state solution, which guarantees the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and contributes to regional stability.

The talks also highlighted the importance of enhancing Gulf cooperation and coordination to achieve the goals of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Both nations expressed their firm commitment to unity and solidarity among GCC countries to ensure security, stability, and sustainable development across the region.

At the end of the meeting, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah hosted a luncheon in honor of the UAE President and his accompanying delegation, reflecting the warmth and strong bonds of friendship between the two countries. The visit further reinforced the shared vision of the UAE and Kuwait in promoting peace, cooperation, and prosperity throughout the Gulf and the wider Middle East region.
