Sheikh Mohamed Explores Make it in the Emirates 2026 in Abu Dhabi

UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan engaged with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at the fifth edition of Make it in the Emirates 2026, held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

His visit featured a review of cutting-edge industrial innovations and advanced technologies, alongside national initiatives aimed at enhancing the UAE’s industrial sector competitiveness. The exhibition showcased various products and initiatives aimed at uplifting local manufacturing while supporting future industries across key sectors.

Additionally, Sheikh Mohamed received updates from exhibitors regarding key initiatives and projects unveiled during the event, which were centered on promoting industrial growth, innovation, and the adoption of sophisticated production technologies.

He emphasized that the industrial sector is crucial to the UAE’s economy and is vital for supporting economic diversification. Strengthening national industries forms a strategic priority, enabling the UAE to foster a robust atmosphere for investment, innovation, and future industrial advancements.

The President also underscored the necessity of generating new prospects for Emirati talents and bolstering national skills in cutting-edge industries and technological fields.

Sheikh Mohamed acknowledged the impressive participation at the event, indicating it symbolizes the swift progress and enhanced competitiveness of the UAE's industrial sector on both regional and global fronts.

Accompanying him during the visit were Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, along with several ministers and senior officials.
