Shah Rukh Khan Inspires New Dubai Tower by Danube Group

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

Dubai is set to witness a new commercial landmark as Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan lends his name and persona to a 55-storey tower by Danube Properties. The tower, named ‘Shahrukhz by Danube’, promises not only premium office spaces but also a striking celebration of King Khan’s global influence.

The Dubai tower is just the beginning. Danube Group founder Rizwan Sajan revealed plans to expand the concept to New York, London, Delhi, and Mumbai, making ‘Shahrukhz’ a global commercial brand. “This legacy will be carried across the world,” Sajan said at the launch event in Mumbai.

Set for completion in 2029, the Dubai tower will feature over 1 million sq ft of A-grade commercial space, with unit sizes ranging from 460 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft. Prices start at ₹4 crore, and buyers can avail the company’s signature 1% monthly payment plan for six years, with a 20% down payment. Eligible investors will also receive a 10-year Golden Visa.

A key highlight of the project is a statue of Shah Rukh Khan at the entrance, posed in his iconic arms-outstretched stance, symbolizing ambition, dreams, and global appeal. The tower will also offer more than 40 world-class amenities, including a sky pool, helipad for air taxis, valet services, and exclusive business lounges. Its strategic location connects easily to landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Airport, and Gold Souk.

Shah Rukh Khan expressed his excitement, saying, “It is humbling and deeply touching to have a landmark in Dubai carry my name. Dubai has always been a special place for me, a city that celebrates dreams, ambition, and possibility.”

The project reflects Danube Group’s ambition to set new benchmarks in commercial real estate, following the success of earlier ventures like ‘Aspirz’, a mixed-use residential and commercial development. With Shah Rukh Khan’s global stature and Danube’s track record, ‘Shahrukhz’ is poised to become both a commercial hotspot and a symbolic monument for fans and investors alike.
