Qatar's Shura Council Head Engages with French and Portuguese Diplomats

Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, the Speaker of the Shura Council, met separately on Tuesday with Arnaud Pescheux, the French Ambassador to Qatar, and Ana Filomena da Costa Rocha, the Portuguese Ambassador.

The meetings focused on the cooperative ties between Qatar, France, and Portugal, emphasizing the importance of parliamentary collaboration.

Key topics included enhancing cooperation between the Shura Council and the parliaments of both France and Portugal, activating friendship groups, promoting mutual visits, as well as ongoing coordination in regional and international parliamentary discussions.
