On a lively Monday evening, Al Majaz Amphitheatre was filled to capacity as renowned Arab artists Tamer Ashour and Wael Jassar delivered memorable performances that captivated fans from throughout the UAE. The energy was palpable from the outset of the “Let’s Majaz” event, underscoring the venue’s emergence as a key cultural and musical landmark in the region.

Both performers expressed heartfelt appreciation to the supportive audience, commending Sharjah for its commitment to hosting major entertainment spectacles and cultivating a stage that continuously draws premier talent.

Tamer Ashour kicked off the event with an impressive lineup of his most beloved tracks. Opening with “Hekayat,” he fluidly navigated through hits that have characterized his journey. The audience erupted with excitement as he belted out fan favorites like “Asr Ba’eed,” “Al Rak Ala Al Neyya,” “Hagi Al Nafsi,” and “Ghaybet El Habayeb.” Ashour maintained the high-energy atmosphere with hits such as “Yah,” “Teslam,” “Beit Kabir,” and “Makrahtehosh,” before shifting into a nostalgic medley that included “Metwahshana” and “Kan Mawdoa.” He concluded his set with stirring renditions of “Ohololo Samah,” “Eftera’na,” “Kont Fein,” and “B’aoul Aadi,” finishing strong with the crowd favorite “Haygeli Mawgou.”

Following Ashour, Wael Jassar took the stage, infusing the night with his distinctive tarab style. He began with a medley of timeless classics, instantly resonating with long-time fans. His smooth transition from “Ghareeb El Nas” to “Kol Waad” was met with enthusiastic applause as the audience joined in on the lyrics. Jassar continued with fan-favorites including “Betwashesheeni,” “Mawgoua,” “Msheet Khalas,” “Malyoun Ahebbak,” and “Mahma Ye’oolo.” The performance grew in warmth as he delivered “100 Ehsas,” culminating in a homage to the golden age of Arabic music with “Alf Leila wa Leila.” He wrapped up the night with “Hasaret Kol El Nas,” “Nekhabi Leh,” and “Halleni,” leaving fans exhilarated and chanting for encores.

As the series of concerts and cultural events unfolds at Al Majaz Amphitheatre, it cements Sharjah’s reputation as a top-tier destination for exceptional live entertainment throughout the season.
