The ENOC Group has announced a strategic expansion of its international operations through a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HMS Bergbau AG. This partnership will enable the distribution of ENOC's marine lubricants in two key locations in Europe—Spain and Türkiye.
This collaboration will allow ENOC to cater to vessel operators navigating some of the world's busiest maritime routes that link Europe, Asia, and Africa. Given that the ports in both Spain and Türkiye serve as essential hubs for global commerce, this initiative is expected to significantly bolster ENOC's presence in regions where the demand for dependable marine products is on the rise.
HMS Bergbau AG will leverage its established logistics framework, storage capabilities, and distribution channels to provide reliable delivery of ENOC's comprehensive marine lubricant range. This product line aims to improve vessel performance, prolong engine life, and facilitate continuous operations across various shipping sectors.
For the ENOC Group, this agreement aligns with its larger vision to enhance its global footprint and contribute to the UAE’s growing influence in the international energy market. The Mediterranean ports in Spain and Türkiye's strategic Bosphorus position are significant access points that handle millions of tonnes of goods each year, thereby marking these markets as valuable additions to ENOC's expanding portfolio.
This partnership also underscores the momentum in ENOC's global marine aspirations. The company has set an ambitious goal of scaling its lubricants supply network to over 900 ports worldwide by the end of 2025, thereby providing the maritime industry with solutions that address shifting operational and environmental requirements.
Through this new venture into Europe, ENOC is not only enhancing its role in international trade logistics but also granting ship operators in Spain and Türkiye easier access to cutting-edge marine lubricant technologies.
