County Group Acquires 5-Acre Noida Land for ₹475 Cr Project

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

In a significant move in Noida’s real estate market, County Group has acquired a 5-acre plot in Sector 151 through a government auction for around ₹475 crore. The acquisition comes at a time when land prices in Noida and Greater Noida are seeing a sharp rise, fueled by upcoming infrastructure projects including the proposed international airport.

The developer plans to construct a premium residential project comprising 226 units with a total built-up area exceeding 11 lakh square feet. The move underscores County Group’s focus on delivering high-quality housing in strategically located sectors of the Delhi-NCR region.

County Group has been a prominent player in the market, completing over 40 lakh square feet across three projects in 2024. In 2025, the firm launched two major developments: Ivory County, a 63-lakh square feet luxury housing project in Sector 115, Noida, and Jade County, a 30-lakh square feet project in NH24, Ghaziabad.

Sector 151, where the new project will be developed, is witnessing rapid urbanization, supported by improved connectivity and the monetization of land parcels by Noida and Greater Noida authorities through auctions. Analysts believe such developments signal continued confidence among developers in the long-term potential of the region’s residential real estate market.

County Group’s latest acquisition is expected to add a premium dimension to Noida’s housing inventory, targeting buyers looking for modern living spaces in emerging neighborhoods.
