Bhumi Pednekar Shines in Black-Gold Masaba Lehenga for Wedding Season

Post by : Mina Rahman

As the wedding season unfolds, Bhumi Pednekar showcases her style prowess with an enchanting ensemble that seamlessly fuses modern design and traditional festivity. Her latest look features a remarkable black-and-gold lehenga curated by the talented Masaba Gupta, radiating bridesmaid energy with an opulent touch.

At the heart of the outfit is a sculpted tube blouse that boasts a chic sweetheart neckline, lending a modern twist. The ensemble features Masaba’s exquisite “Aankhon Ka Paigam” lehenga set, priced at ₹2.45 lakh. Rich with heavy gold embroidery and intricate bead detailing, the skirt illuminates beautifully, dancing with every movement.

Crafted in organza with twelve panels, the lehenga achieves a majestic flare without excessive bulk. Delicate khidki and chand motifs, highlighted with sitara, cutdana, and beadwork, underscore the exceptional craftsmanship while adding depth to the overall design.

Bhumi complemented her look with a jadau polki choker, matching bangles, and a maang tika from a distinguished jewellery brand. She also carried a compact, antique-gold plated Basra-inspired bag adorned with pearls, enhancing her refined appearance.

A sheer black dupatta showcasing Masaba’s Gul Jharoka motif, featuring scalloped edges and gentle bead embellishments, drapes gracefully across the outfit, balancing the lehenga’s opulent tones.

Her beauty aesthetic was tastefully understated, with a radiant complexion, soft lip color, and subtle eye makeup providing a perfect equilibrium to the ornate jewellery. Her hair cascaded freely, allowing the neckline and choker to take the spotlight.

Bhumi’s ensemble is an exceptional representation of contemporary sophistication and traditional elegance, making it an inspiring choice for the current wedding season.
