Abu Dhabi’s gastronomic landscape has reached remarkable new heights with the unveiling of the Michelin Guide 2026. A remarkable total of 56 restaurants have been included in this esteemed list, comprising 11 newcomers alongside beloved staples. Notable restaurants such as Erth, Hakkasan, and Talea by Antonio Guida have successfully maintained their one-star ratings, showcasing their unwavering excellence.
The announcement occurred during a celebratory ceremony at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, underscoring the city’s ascending status as a premier global culinary hotspot.
New Entries and Bib Gourmand Recognitions
Among the 11 fresh additions, three have secured Bib Gourmand accolades, signifying high-quality cuisine at impressive prices. The winners in this category include:

3Fils Abu Dhabi
Goldfish
The other eight entrants have been labelled as Selected Restaurants, showcasing emerging dining experiences and outstanding culinary talent.
