Noida’s fintech trailblazer Pine Labs has garnered notable attention, achieving a 52% subscription status on the second day of its initial public offering (IPO), which opened on November 10. As per the NSE, investors have placed bids for 5.08 crore shares from an overall offering of 9.78 crore shares.
The retail segment led subscriptions with an impressive 86%, while qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) accounted for 60% of their allocation. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) demonstrated less enthusiasm with a 12% subscription rate.
This ₹3,899.91 crore IPO is set to remain open until November 11, with a pricing range between ₹210 and ₹221 per share, coupled with a lot size of 67 shares. The issue consists of a fresh issuance worth ₹2,080 crore along with an offer for sale (OFS) tallying ₹1,819.91 crore from current shareholders.
Allocation of Raised Funds
Pine Labs intends to allocate the funds raised through the IPO for key initiatives:
Debt clearance: ₹532 crore
Investments into subsidiaries: ₹60 crore
Technology, cloud infrastructure, and DCP procurement: ₹760 crore
Further tech & cloud investments: ₹213.37 crore
Residual funds: For strategic acquisitions and corporate needs
Pine Labs is anticipated to make its stock market debut on November 14.
