Crown Prince Khaled of UAE Lands in Johannesburg for G20 Discussions

H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, has arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa, to engage in the 2025 G20 Summit. He represents President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The UAE’s active role in this key international forum underscores its commitment to global cooperation and development initiatives.

This year, Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of South Africa, extended an invitation to the UAE to participate in the G20 Summit. This invitation highlights the strong bilateral relations between the UAE and South Africa and acknowledges the UAE's substantial contributions to addressing global challenges. Other members of the delegation are Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of State; Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. Additionally, Maryam Eid AlMheiri, Chairperson of Abu Dhabi Media Office, is present.
