This groundbreaking addition empowers AI agents to function seamlessly in the background, allowing users to delegate tasks quietly while they focus on their work. The Agent Workspace establishes individualized runtimes, desktops, and user accounts for AI agents. They can handle various tasks, including file organization, presentation updates, and media library management, each with a specific permissions setup for privacy and security.

The feature is designed to work harmoniously with the Ask Copilot experience in the taskbar, merging AI-powered searches with local access. These AI agents can access important Windows folders, including Documents, Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, Music, and Videos, irrespective of their actual location. They possess read-and-write permissions to promote efficient automation of tasks.
