Graduation Ceremony of the UAE Leaders Programme 2025

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum presided over the graduation ceremony for the 2025 cohort of the UAE Government Leaders Programme held at Qasr Al Watan, Abu Dhabi. This event underscored the UAE’s commitment to nurturing visionary leaders equipped to navigate global shifts and technological advancements.

Esteemed dignitaries were present, including Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Their attendance highlighted the UAE’s dedication to enhancing governmental excellence and preparing the nation's talent for future hurdles.

The 2025 cohort comprised participants from various federal and local government sectors, alongside representatives from the private industry. This program united leaders, project managers, specialists, and division directors who embarked on a comprehensive year-long leadership development experience.

Participants engaged in high-level workshops in collaboration with prominent UAE and global institutions. The curriculum further incorporated mentoring sessions with international experts, hands-on leadership tasks, and overseas study tours aimed at familiarizing them with innovative governance practices and policy advancements.

A standout feature of the program was an insightful trip to Vietnam, where participants examined effective governance frameworks and tackled intricate public administration dilemmas. The UAE Government Leaders Programme 2025 placed significant emphasis on equipping leaders to respond to the swiftly evolving global landscape. Launched in 2008, the UAE Government Leaders Programme has established itself as a cornerstone of the country's leadership development efforts. With over 770 graduates, the initiative has played a pivotal role in fostering innovation, refining policy, and promoting institutional growth throughout the UAE.
