TRENDS Research & Advisory, a leading research organization, has announced a new partnership with the STRATEGIECS Institute for Strategic Studies and Research. This agreement was signed during the opening of TRENDS’ new Virtual Office in Amman, the capital city of Jordan.

This partnership marks an important step for both organizations. It aims to build stronger global knowledge partnerships and encourages cooperation in areas such as future studies, foresight research, training programs, opinion polls, and other fields that support comprehensive research work.

Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, said this agreement is a major milestone for TRENDS. He emphasized that it reflects the organization’s goal of forming strong partnerships with top research institutions worldwide. He also said that opening the Virtual Office in Amman shows TRENDS’ commitment to collaboration in research. According to him, working together with other institutions is key to understanding the complex challenges that the region faces today.

Hasan Ismaik, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of STRATEGIECS, said the agreement is a major step for research collaboration in the Arab world. He noted that both organizations share a vision to enhance knowledge and research on important regional and global issues. He added that this partnership will allow the exchange of expertise and research studies, helping to build intellectual bridges that can support policy-making and planning for the future.

Hazem Al-Dmour, Director-General of STRATEGIECS, said that the partnership highlights the institute’s dedication to closing the gap between knowledge and decision-making. He explained that working with TRENDS will open new opportunities for joint research and sharing expertise. This will benefit universities, students, researchers, and decision-makers, while also improving strategic awareness in the region.

The STRATEGIECS Institute is well-known for its strategic forecasting and planning. In fact, its research scenarios were reported to have an accuracy rate of 87.5 percent during the first nine months of 2025, which shows the institute’s strength in predicting future trends accurately.

To celebrate the opening of the new office, TRENDS and STRATEGIECS held a joint panel discussion to outline their future work plan. They discussed upcoming research projects and how they could work together to provide deeper insights into regional and global issues. The office director also visited a leading Jordanian newspaper to explore ways of cooperating with media platforms. This cooperation aims to make research knowledge more accessible to the public. During the visit, a roundtable discussion was held where experts highlighted the media’s role in spreading awareness about important strategic issues.

This agreement is expected to open doors for long-term collaboration between TRENDS and STRATEGIECS. By combining their knowledge and expertise, the two institutions aim to improve research quality, contribute to informed decision-making, and prepare governments, businesses, and communities for future challenges.

The partnership also reflects a larger vision of strengthening research networks in the Arab world and globally. It is expected to have a positive impact on students, scholars, policymakers, and anyone interested in understanding the future of the region and the world.

By creating platforms for joint studies, training programs, and knowledge sharing, TRENDS and STRATEGIECS are building a strong foundation for research-based decision-making. Their collaboration will likely influence how governments and organizations plan for economic, social, and political challenges in the coming years.

This agreement between TRENDS Research & Advisory and STRATEGIECS Institute represents a key moment in the development of research collaboration in the region. It highlights the importance of combining expertise, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches to tackle both regional and global challenges. The opening of the Virtual Office in Amman symbolizes a new era of cooperation, bridging knowledge gaps, and providing actionable insights that can benefit society, policy-makers, and the academic community.

This partnership is not only about research. It also shows a shared commitment to future readiness, strategic thinking, and enhancing public understanding of complex issues. By working together, TRENDS and STRATEGIECS aim to create a lasting impact on strategic studies, education, and policy development, not just in Jordan or the Arab world, but globally.
