Smriti Mandhana emerged as a decisive performer in India’s run to the 2025 Women’s World Cup, ending as the highest scorer for her side and the tournament’s second-leading run-getter. Her steady presence at the top of the order proved pivotal as India beat South Africa in the final to secure their first ODI World Cup crown. The title brought significant recognition and financial rewards, including a tournament prize of INR 40 crore and a BCCI bonus pool of Rs 51 crore shared among the squad.
Mandhana’s income derives from multiple cricketing sources. Her match fee schedule lists Rs 15 lakh for Tests, Rs 6 lakh for ODIs and Rs 3 lakh for T20Is. She holds a Grade A central contract with the BCCI, which carries an annual retainer of Rs 50 lakh. In the Women’s Premier League she was acquired by Royal Challengers Bengaluru for INR 3.4 crore, placing her among the sport’s top-paid women players.
Off the field she is a marketable figure, endorsing brands such as Hyundai, Hero Motocorp, Red Bull, Nike, Garnier, Mastercard and Unicef India—contracts that reportedly pay between Rs 75 lakh and Rs 1.5 crore each. Mandhana is based in Sangli, Maharashtra, lives in a modern family home and owns additional properties in Mumbai and Delhi. She also operates the local SM-18 Sports Cafe.
Known as an enthusiast rather than a collector, Mandhana favours practical vehicles and drives a Range Rover Evoque valued at about Rs 70 lakh; she has also gifted cars to relatives. Following the World Cup success, her net worth is estimated at around INR 34 crore, underscoring her commercial and sporting standing among the world’s leading female cricketers.
