His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was present at Tilal Swaihan for a series of live aerial showcases featuring cutting-edge unmanned systems during the seventh edition of the Unmanned Systems Exhibition (UMEX) and the Simulation and Training Exhibition (SimTEX).

The inauguration began with the UAE national anthem, accompanied by a spirited performance from the military band. The Al Fursan aerobatic team then dazzled attendees with a synchronized flying display, showcasing the UAE’s exceptional coordination, skills, and aerial agility.

Sheikh Zayed also observed participants executing defensive and tactical maneuvers using unmanned aerial systems in a simulated setting during the Tilal Swaihan Mile Race Championship. These activities echoed real-world situations and emphasized the enhancement of air defense preparedness and operational adaptability.

Throughout his visit, Sheikh Zayed explored various pavilions featuring local and global companies engaged in the live drone exhibitions. The participants unveiled the latest advancements in unmanned aerial technologies and AI-driven tactical systems aimed at elevating the efficiency of autonomous operations across various terrains, including land, air, and sea.

He also evaluated advanced simulation technologies for unmanned aerial vehicle operations showcased at the concurrent exhibition. These innovations span a multitude of applications, covering defense, security, civilian, and humanitarian missions, including aerial medical evacuations, firefighting, and rapid response in isolated regions.

The exhibition features a specialized commercial zone where companies present unmanned solutions catering to smart mobility, modern urban environments, energy infrastructures, and future supply chains. Panel discussions will facilitate knowledge exchanges among experts on the trajectory of autonomous aviation and progressive systems.

Moreover, participants are showcasing virtual and digital training solutions designed to bolster readiness, skill enhancement, and advanced operational capabilities. These initiatives underline UMEX's commitment to fostering technological innovation, complemented by SimTEX's role in enhancing human capacity development to address the intricate demands of modern systems.
