In a significant event at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai’s Crown Prince and Minister of Defence, honored the graduation of 50 emerging leaders within the UAE. This ceremony, part of a collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, marked the completion of two important training programs.

Celebrating the second group of the Future Leaders Executive Programme and the inaugural Young Leaders Empowerment Executive Programme, this graduation is particularly poignant, coinciding with the UAE Armed Forces' 50th anniversary. Each program saw 25 participants complete their respective tracks.

Under the theme of “Proud of You for Making a Difference”, the event welcomed high-ranking officials and leaders, emphasizing the importance of nurturing talent in the nation.

Sheikh Hamdan underscored the UAE's commitment to human capital development, reflecting the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He noted that equipping military and government leaders with forward-thinking skills is vital for enhancing the UAE’s competitiveness on the global stage.

Emphasizing the development of young talent, Sheikh Hamdan stated that it is essential for cultivating adaptable leaders capable of transforming challenges into opportunities.

The courses, designed by the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, aimed to boost leadership capabilities and institutional efficiency, adhering to global best practices.

The Future Leaders Executive Programme focused on areas such as strategic foresight, institutional transformation, and innovative leadership, while the Young Leaders Empowerment Programme concentrated on vital skills like communication and team management.

Modern educational techniques, including case studies and interactive sessions with seasoned leaders under the “Meet a Leader” initiative, were utilized to enhance practical engagement.

Projects developed during this training sought to elevate institutional performance, driving efficiency, and fostering a sustainable culture of innovation and collaboration.

This graduation signifies the UAE's unwavering dedication to cultivating a dynamic and resourceful government, poised for long-term growth and innovation.
