Shehnaaz Gill, the popular actor and singer known for her role in Bigg Boss 13, recently opened up about her experiences during the filming of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan alongside Salman Khan. In a revealing chat with Ranveer Allahbadia on his podcast, Shehnaaz provided a glimpse into the lively atmosphere of Salman Khan’s private gatherings.
Confirming her attendance at parties held at Salman Khan's farmhouse, she shared, “Yes, we all went during the shoot of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. It was a two-day stay filled with enjoyment.” She fondly recounted the joyous vibe, saying, “There were bikes around, and we were having fun riding them.” Additionally, she praised Salman’s distinctive hosting style, revealing, “He often picks berries from the trees and feeds them to us.”
Shehnaaz emphasized Salman's down-to-earth demeanor, noting, “Salman sir is truly desi. He embodies that essence. He works tirelessly like farmers do, with a very structured routine.” She highlighted his dedication to filmmaking, stating, “He talks extensively about his work and possesses immense knowledge of action in films.” This side of Salman often catches his fans off guard, illustrating that behind the superstar persona lies a man dedicated to hard work and simple living.
Their camaraderie began on Bigg Boss 13, where Salman was known for his nurturing demeanor towards Shehnaaz. Their playful banter during the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes became one of the show's standout features, endearing them to viewers. While she may not have clinched the title, her journey on the reality show propelled her into the limelight and advanced her career.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, directed by Farhad Samji, is an action-comedy that features Salman Khan alongside Pooja Hegde and Venkatesh Daggubati in leading roles. The film also includes talents like Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Palak Tiwari, Vinali Bhatnagar, and Bhumika Chawla in supporting roles. Despite its promising cast and expectations, the film did not fare well at the box office, earning ₹184.6 crore against a ₹125 crore budget.
Currently, Salman Khan is engaged in shooting for his upcoming project, Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. This film features Chitrangada Singh alongside Salman and is inspired by the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. Unlike typical war films, it focuses on a unique confrontation where firearms were absent, showcasing soldiers in intense hand-to-hand combat. The release is scheduled for 2026, generating excitement among his fanbase.
