Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the return of its dedicated transport services for Global Village’s 30th season, which will run from October 15, 2025, to May 10, 2026. This move ensures that visitors can enjoy a smooth, safe, and comfortable journey to one of Dubai’s most popular family destinations.

Premium Bus Services

The RTA will operate four direct bus routes from key locations across Dubai, making it convenient for residents and tourists to reach Global Village without the hassle of private transport. The routes are:

Route 102: Al Rashidiya – every 60 minutes

Route 103: Union Station – every 40 minutes

Route 104: Al Ghubaiba – every 60 minutes

Route 106: Mall of the Emirates – every 60 minutes

Buses will run at intervals between 40 and 60 minutes, offering premium comfort and safety for individuals, families, and groups traveling to and from the venue.

Electric Abra Service

In addition to buses, the RTA is bringing back its electric abra service within Global Village. These modern water taxis allow visitors to enjoy scenic rides along the venue’s internal waterways, adding a unique experience to the festival. The abra service is eco-friendly and enhances the charm of exploring Global Village.

Focus on Convenience and Safety

The RTA emphasizes that the transport services are designed to make visits hassle-free, reducing traffic congestion around the venue and providing a safe travel option for all age groups. Families, tourists, and daily commuters can rely on the schedule to plan their trips efficiently.

About Global Village

Global Village is one of Dubai’s most famous cultural and entertainment destinations. It features pavilions from countries around the world, offering shopping, food, and live performances. The venue attracts millions of visitors each season, making reliable transport services essential for a smooth experience.

The RTA’s reintroduction of buses and electric abras reflects Dubai’s commitment to providing world-class transport solutions that support both tourism and local communities. Residents can now enjoy Global Village with comfort, safety, and ease, enhancing the city’s reputation as a top destination for leisure and family entertainment.
