Kazakh rider Rinata Sultanova showcased her remarkable talent by taking the top spot in the second and concluding stage of the Grand Prix Fergana Ladies.
Representing the Kazakhstan National Team, the UAE Team ADQ cyclist rallied from a fourth-place finish in the first stage to dominate the 91-kilometre race, culminating in a solo finish.
Sultanova crossed the line 29 seconds ahead of her nearest rivals. China's Haixin Dong (XDS China Women Team) finished in second, followed by Indonesia's Ayustina Delia Priatna and Uzbekistan's Yanina Kuskova (Queen Sport).
With consistent performances in both stages, Sultanova secured an overall second place, finishing 1 minute and 7 seconds behind China’s Hao Zhang, who claimed the overall championship.
As an already established Asian individual time trial champion, Sultanova's performance reinforces her status as a formidable competitor on the Asian cycling stage.
