Rimi Sen’s Successful Transition to Dubai's Real Estate Market

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

Former Bollywood star Rimi Sen, celebrated for her roles in films like Hungama and Dhoom, has embarked on a new chapter in Dubai’s real estate sector.

In a recent interview with Buildcaps Real Estate LLC, Rimi, who exited the film scene post-2011, praised Dubai's inviting nature, stating, “95% of the population here consists of expatriates, and the city focuses on making people’s lives better, easier, and more comfortable.”

She emphasized the advantages of Dubai's real estate landscape, remarking, “The real estate market functions seamlessly here due to its disciplined approach. Developers and agencies adhere to systematic processes, whereas in India, shifting regulations and numerous taxes complicate matters.”

Rimi also elaborated on the perception of real estate agents in Dubai, likening them to financial advisors, unlike in India, where standard brokerage requests are often criticized.

Addressing social media comments on her appearance, Rimi clarified that she has opted for fillers, Botox, and PRP treatments, asserting, “People can maintain their looks with these treatments and discipline. If anyone questions my choices, they are welcome to offer suggestions to my doctors.”

Rimi Sen's transition from Bollywood to Dubai's real estate scene showcases her resilience and success in a demanding industry, demonstrating her ability to thrive both on screen and in business.
