Mariellen Ward Introduces 'India for Beginners' Travel Platform and Blog

Post by : Saif Nasser

Renowned travel expert Mariellen Ward shares her evolution from a casual blogger to the founder of a dedicated travel platform and tour company, aimed at guiding first-time visitors in discovering India safely and with joy.

Ward embarked on her travel blogging adventure in 2005, when such blogs were scarce and the social media landscape was emerging. Starting with a simple blog on a basic platform, she ignited her enduring love for travel and narrative sharing. By 2009, she had launched her professional travel blog, Breathedreamgo, with a keen focus on India.

Over her extensive travels throughout India, Mariellen explored vibrant cities, quaint villages, historical landmarks, and breathtaking natural scenery. Her adventures equipped her with invaluable insights about prime accommodations, local delicacies, tourist routes, and advice for ensuring seamless travels.

Driven by her commitment to Indian travel, Mariellen made a significant transition in September 2018, moving permanently to India. Shortly thereafter, in October 2019, she co-founded India for Beginners alongside local expert Anjani Nandan and operations specialist Ujjwal Mukherjee.

This initiative aims to streamline travel experiences in India, a country that can seem overwhelming for first-time travelers due to its vastness and cultural richness. India for Beginners provides curated tours, straightforward travel plans, and valuable insider tips, enabling visitors to save time and navigate common challenges, leading to more enjoyable trips.

While the company faced setbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mariellen and her team quickly worked towards growth as international travel picked up again. Their mission has consistently been to ensure that journeys are safe, enjoyable, and filled with rich experiences, whether it’s at the Taj Mahal, the deserts of Rajasthan, or the scenic beaches of Goa.

Mariellen emphasizes their primary goal is to enhance travelers' experiences to the fullest. "There’s no greater joy than seeing our clients relish what India offers, free from the troubles that often arise without proper guidance," she states.

With the launch of India for Beginners, Mariellen Ward merges years of travel expertise, profound understanding of India, and masterful storytelling to create a reliable resource for nomads. Guided tours she offers shed light on lesser-known treasures, local traditions, and authentic culinary experiences.

By leveraging her insights and collaborating with local specialists, Mariellen has effectively made Indian travel accessible and enjoyable for everyone, especially for newcomers to the nation.

As more international visitors seek genuine and secure travel options, Mariellen Ward's India for Beginners emerges as a premier resource for those planning their journey to India.
