Hamad Medical Corporation has published the adjusted operational hours for its healthcare facilities across Qatar during the Eid Al Adha holiday.
All emergency departments, ambulance operations, and pediatric emergency facilities will be open 24 hours daily throughout the holiday, guaranteeing patients receive continuous emergency care nationwide.
The organization confirmed that its unified contact center (16000) and customer service line (16060) will also operate 24/7 during this festive period.
As per the announcement, outpatient clinics will close from May 26 to May 28, resuming regular hours on May 31. Additionally, urgent consultation and home medication delivery services will be temporarily paused, restarting on May 31.
The National Mental Health Helpline is expected to recommence its services on May 30, according to HMC.
The Qatar National Blood Donation Center will be open on May 26 and May 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., while it will be closed from May 27 to May 29.
HMC encourages the public and patients to verify service timings prior to visiting healthcare facilities during the Eid holiday.
