FIVE by Sisterhood Introduces January Growth Initiatives

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 5 January 2026 — As women throughout the UAE embark on a new year with aspirations for clarity and meaningful advancement, FIVE by Sisterhood is rolling out a meticulously curated array of January events aimed at promoting intentional growth, wellness, and authentic networking.

Shifting away from the hustle culture of resolutions, this January program symbolizes a transition towards sustainable success founded on community, structure, and self-empowerment. Through tailored leadership development, purposeful networking, and holistic wellness practices, FIVE by Sisterhood is fostering environments where women can recalibrate and confidently embrace the upcoming year.

Kicking off on Wednesday, 7 January, is the launch of the Action Accelerator Circle (AAC), a new 90-day leadership mastermind and the third tier of the Sisterhood Collective membership. Open to women throughout the region, AAC caters to seasoned professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are adept yet feeling overwhelmed or caught in a cycle of continuous execution.

Differing from conventional courses, the Action Accelerator Circle is a high-accountability mastermind that tackles real-world leadership dilemmas. Over the span of 90 days, participants will engage in a structured reset and clarity process, complemented by bi-weekly sessions focusing on strategic decision-making, delegation, systems development, leadership enhancement, and sustained progress. The program features live problem-solving, specialized hot-seat sessions, and workshops led by experts tailored to the group’s evolving requirements.

AAC is crafted for women poised to shift from handling every task alone to embracing clearer, empowered leadership roles. Typically, by the program's conclusion, participants emerge with enhanced priorities, bolstered confidence, diminished decision fatigue, and real progress in their professional endeavors, generating growth that affords greater freedom.

Continuing the January theme, Ignite in Five, a rapid-fire networking event for women, will be hosted on Tuesday, 13 January, at The Lighthouse, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Aiming for substantial connections rather than transactional interactions, Ignite in Five encourages women to engage in rapid, five-minute dialogues — each having the potential to foster collaboration, create opportunities, or build enduring friendships.

Set for 6:45pm to 8:45pm, the evening includes a welcome drink, curated giveaways, and a special gift for each participant. With capacity limitations, Ignite in Five provides a dynamic yet purposeful environment to broaden networks and start the year on a connected note. Ticket price: AED 120.

Lastly, closing out the January lineup, FIVE by Sisterhood will offer a wellness evening on Thursday, 23 January, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, at FS8, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. At AED 175, this session combines Pilates and sound healing, providing attendees with a chance to reconnect with their bodies and soothe their nervous systems after the festive hustle.

FS8’s specialized methodology merges Pilates, toning, and yoga into a comprehensive experience aimed at energizing and restoring participants, creating an environment for both physical release and mental clarity.

Together, these January initiatives illustrate FIVE by Sisterhood's overarching mission: to cultivate intentional spaces where women can evolve, connect, and lead with clarity, all underpinned by community, structure, and authentic dialogue.
