Emirates is concluding 2025 on a remarkable note, having garnered five significant global accolades at the 32nd annual World Travel Awards hosted in Bahrain. The airline, which has been widely praised this year, has enhanced its stature as one of the world’s most esteemed carriers with new victories in brand excellence, inflight experience, premium services, and loyalty programmes.
The latest awards include World's Leading Airline Brand 2025, World's Leading Airline Inflight Entertainment, World's Leading Airline – First Class, World's Leading Airline Lounge – First Class, and World's Leading Airline Rewards Programme for Emirates Skywards. The airline’s renowned inflight entertainment system, ice, along with its First Class offerings, have once again gained international acclaim, while the First Class Lounge at Dubai International Airport stands out among the best.
These accolades contribute to what has already been a remarkable year for Emirates. Recently, it was named 'Best Airline in the World' for the eighth consecutive year at the ULTRAs, supported by 1.2 million votes from travellers. The airline also received accolades for its Premium Economy Class and was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Sir Tim Clark. Additionally, Aviation Business Middle East recognized Emirates with 'Best First Class of the Year' and 'Airline of the Year'.
This momentum has continued across various global platforms. Emirates earned Best International Airline, Best International First Class, and Best International Airline Lounge at the Forbes Travel Guide Verified Air Travel Awards 2025, along with Best Long-Haul Airline at The Times and The Sunday Times Travel Awards. Sir Tim Clark was honored with the Distinguished Achievement Award from the Wings Club Foundation.
Earlier this year, Emirates received accolades at the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO in the U.S., taking home the 2026 APEX Best™ Global Entertainment Award and a 2026 APEX WORLD CLASS™ rating for its overall customer experience. Additional recognition came from the Business Traveller Middle East Awards, YouGov, and the Telegraph Travel Awards—reinforcing Emirates’ consistent performance in long-haul travel, First Class, Premium Economy, and airport lounges.
With over 20 awards collected throughout 2025, Emirates has concluded the year in style, reaffirming its status as one of the aviation industry’s most dominant and reliable global brands.
