Dubai's Initiative Cultivates Health and Science Content Creators

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

Dubai is taking significant strides toward nurturing responsible digital storytellers. The Dubai Press Club (DPC) and Dubai Health recently concluded the second phase of the Dubai Content Creators Programme, a comprehensive month-long initiative focused on elevating health and science content creation.

Initiated on 6 October, this programme united a diverse group of doctors, media professionals, and digital creators to hone the art of producing engaging and accurate content. Goals included equipping attendees with essential media and communication skills to foster public awareness and enhance community wellbeing.

This initiative underscores Dubai’s ambition to emerge as a leading center for credible Arabic digital content. Over the course of several weeks, participants delved into the latest innovations in health communication, the influence of AI on modern media, and effective strategies for cultivating trustworthy online communities.

Healthcare experts shared valuable insights on responsible content creation, focusing on the fusion of clinical expertise with the dynamics of social media storytelling. Sessions, led by professionals from TikTok, YouTube, and Dubai Media Inc., provided guidance on critical elements of digital growth, including AI-assisted production and audience engagement

Hands-on training encompassed video production techniques and live streaming, empowering creators to communicate health messages through engaging visuals and factual content. Collaborations with leading media organizations such as Al Warsha, Blinx, and MediaCast enriched the programme, merging creativity with credibility and setting new standards for regional content quality.

The successful completion of this phase signifies a notable advancement in Dubai’s goal to foster skilled creators poised to cultivate a more informed and health-oriented society—one post, narrative, and video at a time.
