Dubai Chambers Partners with Keeta to Fuel SME Advancement

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

In a significant move to bolster the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector in Dubai, Dubai Chambers has forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta, aiming to enhance market access for SMEs and facilitate their growth.

This collaboration seeks to bolster Dubai’s reputation as a leading global center for entrepreneurship and the digital economy, enabling SMEs to broaden their customer reach and elevate their business performance through innovative technology solutions.

As part of the agreement, Dubai Chambers members will gain access to a variety of advantages on the Keeta platform, including exclusive commercial benefits, expedited onboarding, better visibility on the app, and dedicated professional training programs. These training sessions will focus on vital areas such as menu optimization, pricing strategies, and delivering excellent service, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and ensuring sustainable growth.

Additionally, a special “Dubai Chambers SME” badge will be introduced on Keeta, designed to enhance brand visibility for participating businesses, making it easier for consumers to identify and support local enterprises.

Khalid AlJarwan emphasized Dubai Chambers’ ongoing commitment to empowering SMEs by equipping them with essential tools and opportunities to thrive in a dynamic market. He believes this partnership with Keeta will enable entrepreneurs to amplify their market visibility, cultivate customer relationships, and foster growth in Dubai's diverse economy.

Lucas Xie highlighted the pivotal role technology plays in enabling entrepreneurs to adapt and flourish. He remarked that SMEs are integral to Dubai’s economic landscape and that the collaboration will connect local businesses with enhanced visibility, operational assistance, and opportunities for scalable growth.

This partnership also aligns with Dubai’s overarching vision of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship while stressing the vital contribution of SMEs to economic development and community growth.
