Dubai is poised to establish itself as an innovation leader as Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) prepares to launch the first Middle East edition of the widely recognized Doers Summit from 26–27 November 2025. Formerly named the Reflect Festival, this event is expected to attract over 3,000 attendees, encompassing founders, investors, and key players in the ecosystem to encourage collaborative efforts and access to funds.
Happening at Dubai Digital Park in DSO, the summit boasts a comprehensive agenda across three key stages: Blackout, Plaza, and Dtec. More than 150 speakers will participate in 10 thematic tracks, highlighting current trends in artificial intelligence, fintech, mobility, greentech, future cities, health, robotics, and public sector tech, alongside insightful case studies from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
A distinctive feature of the summit is the balanced demographic of attendees: 50% founders, 20% investors, and 30% operators. The event aims to transcend traditional conferences by offering engaging panels, fireside discussions, workshops, and targeted networking opportunities. Curated side events such as investor meetups, innovation challenges, and social mixers are designed to foster impactful connections and facilitate deal-making. A matchmaking platform will further enhance targeted interactions among participants.
The summit will commence with an opening address from Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism, followed by insights from influential leaders including Dr Nicodemos Damianou of Cyprus and Dr Mohammed Al Zarooni, Executive Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ).
Moreover, DSO will host the “DSO Run” on 25 November, a community-centered event that blends fitness with networking, setting an energetic vibe for the main summit.
Renowned companies like Delivery Hero, Waze, Workable, Airbus, Zoho, AWS, Google, META, and Oracle will be present alongside over 40 startups, showcasing their innovative products and solutions at dedicated exhibition booths and demonstration sessions. Attendees can also enjoy a specialized hospitality experience featuring pop-up dining options throughout the event space.
This debut of the Doers Summit in the Middle East marks Dubai's entry into hosting one of Europe’s leading startup and tech events, further solidifying its status as a central hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment.
