Honoring Emirati Women 2025: A Celebration of Leadership and Influence

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

On 12 November 2025, the UAE will once more celebrate the influence and achievements of women with the third iteration of the Remarkable Emirati Women event, set to take place at the St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi. This year’s theme, “Unleash Your Impact,” will showcase the remarkable contributions Emirati women are making across various sectors.

Under the esteemed patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, known as the Mother of the Nation, the gathering will attract over 600 participants, including leading figures from business, innovation, and social advocacy, for a day filled with inspiring discussions, interactive sessions, masterclasses, and wellness activities.

This year’s event also marks the graduation of the second cohort of the Emirati Women Chapter, a program initiated in 2024 designed to empower women from various fields through mentorship, skill enhancement, and growth opportunities. Launched by a collective of five Emirati women leaders, this chapter serves as a pivotal platform for cultivating leadership and community impact.

PureHealth remains a significant supporter of this initiative, actively investing in programs aimed at nurturing national talent, such as the Emirati Development Centre, which equips Emiratis with leadership preparation through customized training and career growth. Additionally, community-driven partnerships in healthcare further ensure the organization’s commitment to empowering women at all levels.

Over time, the Remarkable Emirati Women initiative has transformed into a national campaign that amplifies women’s voices, recognizes their successes, and empowers them to spearhead advancements across different sectors. The 2025 edition further emphasizes the UAE’s unwavering commitment to women’s empowerment, showcasing Emirati women as leaders, innovators, and key agents for sustainable change.
