Meraas Grants AED 340 Million Contract for Riwa at Madinat Jumeirah Living

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

Meraas, a key player in Dubai Holding Real Estate, has made significant progress in enhancing Madinat Jumeirah Living through a new construction contract worth AED 340 million allocated to Al Sahel Contracting. This agreement entails the development of Riwa, a new residential project within the celebrated community, slated for completion in the third quarter of 2027.

The Riwa project will feature three buildings, each ten stories tall, comprising 244 upscale apartments. This offering includes a range of one- to three-bedroom units, plus a luxurious four-bedroom penthouse, all designed with bright interiors and modern finishes that echo contemporary urban living.

This initiative further cements the ongoing partnership between Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting, crucial in the delivery of various phases of Madinat Jumeirah Living. With four phases already completed and the fifth nearing its conclusion, this collaboration remains vital for the neighborhood's continuous development.

Architecturally, Riwa harmonizes with the community's modern heritage style, showcasing refined lines and beautiful facades. Prospective residents will enjoy landscaped gardens, ample green spaces, fitness amenities, swimming pools, and designated play areas. The overall design prioritizes walkability, with pathways that integrate effortlessly into the broader community.

Situated in the vibrant heart of Jumeirah, this development is just minutes from Jumeirah Beach and iconic landmarks like the Burj Al Arab. Its prime location offers convenient access to major routes such as Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl, Jumeirah Road, and Sheikh Zayed Road, facilitating connectivity to business districts including Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.

With construction officially underway, Riwa is set to emerge as a prominent new residential destination within one of Dubai’s most desirable locales, offering a blend of peaceful living, community engagement, and exceptional accessibility.
