Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor piqued curiosity upon their joint arrival in Udaipur, set to attend the extravagant wedding of Netra Mantena, the daughter of US-based billionaires Padmaja and Rama Raju Mantena. The spectacle at the airport drew considerable attention, with throngs of fans and photographers eager to capture a moment with the stars. Amid the ensuing chaos, Varun instinctively positioned himself in front of Janhvi, ensuring her safety while escorting her to their waiting car. A video of this chivalrous act has gone viral, with social media users lauding Varun's gallant demeanor.

The duo opted for a stylishly understated look; Varun wore a mustard jacket over a white T-shirt, paired with trousers, while Janhvi impressed in a fitted turtleneck alongside dark denim. As the crowd grew increasingly larger, airport staff and security stepped in to ensure the pair’s safe passage through the throng. Fans have been quick to express their admiration for Varun's protective instinct, characterizing it as a heartfelt demonstration of respect.

This entrance heralds a weekend filled with star power in Udaipur as prominent figures from Bollywood assemble for the wedding celebrations. Karan Johar was also sighted at the airport, donning a black leather jacket over a white T-shirt for the occasion. The guest list includes notable personalities like Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Ranveer Singh, and Jacqueline Fernandez, promising one of the most significant celebrity gatherings of the season.

As festivities kick off, snippets of the celebrations have begun circulating widely. A particular video showcases Janhvi dazzling guests with her performance to the lively track “Pardesiya” from her recent film. Varun similarly entertained attendees with his popular song “Badri Ki Dulhania,” dressed in a stylish black ensemble beneath a striking pink jacket. Their performances have only intensified the festive ambience and contributed to the Bollywood allure.

This wedding is designated as one of the most opulent events taking place in Udaipur this year. Netra Mantena, daughter of pharmaceutical billionaire Rama Raju Mantena—chairman and CEO of Ingenious Pharmaceuticals—is marrying Vamsi Gadiraju, a co-founder of Superorder. The event has attracted a global audience, featuring high-profile individuals from various sectors. Stretching over four days, the celebrations are set in some of Udaipur's most luxurious and iconic venues, such as City Palace and Jagmandir.

Enhancing the wedding's international appeal, celebrity performers Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber are anticipated to grace the stage, blending Indian cultural traditions with global entertainment. Also notable among the distinguished international attendees is Donald Trump Jr. With an array of celebrities, business magnates, and dignitaries gathering, the Mantena-Gadiraju wedding has established itself as a focal point of cultural significance, embodying both opulence and exclusivity.
