Led by Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov, Turkmenistan's delegation took part in the Fifth Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Turkey. This prominent event attracted leaders and decision-makers from around the world to deliberate on key international challenges.

With the theme “Planning for the Future, Managing Uncertainty,” the forum included various sessions dedicated to global collaboration, sustainable practices, and bolstering regional security. Participants shared insights on navigating ongoing geopolitical and economic hurdles.

In his speech, Meredov reaffirmed Turkmenistan's pledge to bolster regional stability and foster collaboration among Central Asian countries. He pointed out the significance of developing cross-border infrastructures and expanding international ties.

Discussions highlighted energy security, with Turkmenistan detailing its initiatives to diversify energy supply channels. Key projects, including the TAPI gas pipeline, were presented as major steps towards enhancing regional connectivity and energy partnerships.

The minister further addressed the critical need of advancing transport and logistics, outlining Central Asia’s pivotal role as a link between Asia and Europe. Fortifying these routes is deemed essential for improving trade dynamics and economic interconnectivity.

Turkmenistan's contributions to the United Nations were also mentioned, especially its advocacy for energy sustainability. The nation has backed numerous UN resolutions focused on strengthening global energy security.

The forum served as an opportunity for Turkmenistan to reaffirm its dedication to balanced international collaboration. Officials highlighted that cooperation among regional states is critical for fostering long-term stability, economic advancement, and sustainable initiatives.
