US President Donald Trump has announced that a full ceasefire between Israel and Iran will begin very soon. He made this announcement on his social media platform, Truth Social.

According to President Trump, the fighting between the two countries will stop completely in about six hours. This ceasefire will last for 12 hours. After that, the war will officially be considered over.

He explained that Iran will begin the ceasefire first. Then, 12 hours later, Israel will also join in the ceasefire. After 24 hours, the 12-day-long war will be officially ended, and people around the world will recognize the peace.

President Trump also shared that things could have gotten much worse. The war had the chance to grow into a bigger fight that might have spread across the entire Middle East. However, this was stopped just in time.

This news gives hope that peace might return soon, and families in both countries can feel a little safer.
