Tanya Mittal Under Fire for Her Instagram Reaction on Bigg Boss 19

Tanya Mittal Under Fire for Her Instagram Reaction on Bigg Boss 19

Post by : Dr. Amrinder Singh

The recent episode of Bigg Boss 19 stirred significant discussions among fans, particularly surrounding a recent task that highlighted contestants’ social media followings. The results led to unexpected controversies.

Contestants were given a choice during a ration task: they could increase their current ration amount by 10% or check their Instagram follower counts. Participants including Ashnoor Kaur, Malti Chahar, and Pranit More opted for more rations, while Farrhana Bhatt, Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, and Kunickaa Sadanand decided to look at their follower metrics.

Farrhana was elated as her follower count skyrocketed from 40,000 to 1 million, and Amaal celebrated reaching 5.2 million followers. In stark contrast, Tanya Mittal expressed disappointment despite her follower growth from 2.5 million to 3.7 million, revealing to Farrhana and Kunickaa her hopes to hit the 5 million mark.

Netizens reacted strongly to her comments, labeling her as “ungrateful” for not valuing her follower base. Reactions included:

  • “A spiritual person should find joy in any gain or loss.”

  • “Time to unfollow her.”

  • “The follower factory slowed down, so she is bothered.”

In addition, the episode featured heightened drama during the captaincy task, where Bigg Boss presented Gaurav with a critical decision: to either take on the captaincy himself, potentially risking the safety and food supplies of other housemates, or allow Shehbaz to take charge for the sake of full ration safety. Gaurav opted to lead, which annoyed both Amaal and Shehbaz, who deemed Bigg Boss’ decision “unfair.”

The promo hints at escalating tensions in the house, with Amaal and Farrhana confronting Gaurav, while Shehbaz offers an apology to Bigg Boss.
