After fulfilling its essential responsibilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Omani Hajj mission has returned to Oman, having provided extensive services to the Omani pilgrims throughout the Hajj season.
Upon arrival at Muscat International Airport, the delegation was warmly welcomed by Dr. Mohammed bin Said Al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, alongside other senior officials from the ministry.
Officials expressed their gratitude towards the returning team for their unwavering support in ensuring a seamless experience for pilgrims during their spiritual journey at both Makkah and Madinah.
The delegation, led by Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Rashidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, included specialized teams focusing on religious guidance, administration, finance, medical support, and media outreach.
Additionally, it featured representatives from the Hajj Companies Supervision team, the State Financial and Administrative Control Authority, and the Royal Oman Police, demonstrating a united multi-agency approach.
During their time in Saudi Arabia, the mission continually provided assistance to Omani pilgrims, facilitating their completion of Hajj rituals with safety, ease, and sound religious direction.
Departing Oman on May 13, the team was present across Makkah, Madinah, and other holy sites, ensuring that organized services and comprehensive support were available throughout the pilgrimage.
Authorities highlighted that the mission was vital in ensuring efficient operations, addressing pilgrim needs, and contributing to a fruitful Hajj season for Oman.
