Shah Rukh Khan Preps Daughter Suhana for Action in ‘King’

Iconic actor Shah Rukh Khan is set to star alongside his daughter Suhana Khan in the much-anticipated film ‘King’. Shah Rukh is taking on the role of her coach, preparing her for action sequences that promise to thrill audiences. The film set has been expertly adapted into a training arena, where Suhana is honing her skills under her father's guidance.

The news of their father-daughter training was shared at a recent event by Danube Properties in Dubai, where Shah Rukh was spotted with his dear friend, filmmaker Farah Khan. In an engaging moment during the event, Farah disclosed that Shah Rukh is closely mentoring Suhana throughout the film's shoot. Their interaction captured the attention of fans, making waves on social media.

Farah also took a moment to commend Shah Rukh's son, Aryan Khan, for his remarkable venture into direction with the web series *The Ba**ds of Bollywood*, while emphasizing Suhana’s dedication. “Aryan has created an amazing web series. Suhana is incredibly hardworking and is now taking part in King. I know you’re personally coaching her in action,” Farah remarked, as Shah Rukh beamed in acknowledgment.

Suhana was launched into Bollywood with Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘The Archies’ in 2023, featuring a talented cast that includes Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor. The stakes are high with ‘King’, marking her second major role alongside Shah Rukh.

The film's initial glimpse and title teaser were premiered on Shah Rukh's 60th birthday, presenting him in a darker, more serious avatar engaged in electrifying stunts. He portrayed his character as “complex, rife with vices, and a lethal force that acts without hesitation.” The engaging script is crafted by Siddharth Anand and Sujay Ghosh, with production credits going to Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures.

Featuring an impressive ensemble cast, ‘King’ includes names like Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, and Abhishek Bachchan.

With a release slated for 2026, this film is poised to blend intense action, drama, and star appeal, heightening anticipation to see the iconic father-daughter on the big screen.
