In the Sultanate of Oman, the Embassy of Bahrain hosted a reception to commemorate Bahrain's National Day alongside the 26th anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s throne accession. The event welcomed His Highness Sayyid Taimur bin Asaad Al Said, Chairman of the Central Bank of Oman, alongside senior officials, ambassadors, and Bahraini residents in Oman.
During the gathering, Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, Bahrain’s Ambassador to Oman, conveyed warm congratulations to His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing the Kingdom enduring stability and prosperity.
The Ambassador emphasized the deep-seated friendship and robust diplomatic relations between Bahrain and Oman, highlighting their cooperation across various sectors and mutual respect.
Dr. Al Kaabi further applauded Bahrain’s diplomatic milestones, including its forthcoming membership in the United Nations Security Council for the 2026–2027 term, and its presidency in the 46th session of the Gulf Cooperation Council Supreme Council.
The reception served as a testament to the close relations between the two nations, celebrating their shared history, collaboration, and commitment to regional stability and development.
Events like these enhance Bahrain’s presence in Oman and create opportunities for citizens, officials, and diplomats to foster and strengthen amicable ties.
