Rajkummar Rao Commends Huma Qureshi's Performance in Maharani 4

The latest season of Huma Qureshi’s Maharani has captivated both audiences and critics since its debut. This political drama showcases her exceptional performance as Rani Bharti in a story rich with intrigue and nuanced character development.

In this season, Rani relinquishes her role as Chief Minister of Bihar and heads to Delhi to confront the Prime Minister, portrayed by Vipin Sharma. Following her decision to pass the baton to her daughter, Roshni, the narrative delves into themes of ambition, betrayal, and high-stakes political maneuvering.

Among the many who have praised Huma’s remarkable performance is actor Rajkummar Rao, who took to Instagram on November 9 to share the trailer for Maharani 4. He praised his friend’s efforts, stating,

“The reception for Maharani has been phenomenal, and now we are on the brink of Delhi Crime. @iamhumaq, you are doing amazing work—so proud of you, Dost. Keep soaring higher!”

Huma expressed her gratitude by reposting Rajkummar’s story with the caption,

As Maharani 4 continues to gain traction, Huma is preparing for her next significant role in Delhi Crime Season 3, which premieres on Netflix on November 13, 2025. In this season, she takes on a darker character, “Badi Didi,” who runs a human trafficking ring. The storyline commences with the revelation of an abandoned child, propelling DCP Vartika Chaturvedi (played by Shefali Shah) and her team into a high-stakes investigation across state lines.

Joined by returning actors Rasika Dugal and Rajesh Tailang, Delhi Crime 3 will explore critical issues such as child exploitation, systemic corruption, and the quest for justice in contemporary society.
