Qatar and Turkiye Initiate Inaugural Diplomatic Talks

On Thursday in Ankara, the State of Qatar and Turkiye launched their inaugural round of political discussions between their foreign ministries, representing a significant advancement in their bilateral relationships.

This meeting was jointly led by HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi and HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye Musa Kulaklikaya.

During the dialogue, both nations underscored their robust relationship and explored opportunities to bolster collaboration across various sectors. Key points included an interest in expanding partnerships and addressing shared interests in multiple domains.
