PureHealth and Dorchester Academy Forge Partnership to Elevate UAE Patient Care

PureHealth has entered a strategic alliance with Dorchester Collection Academy to transform patient care across the UAE. The collaboration pairs advanced clinical practice with hospitality-driven service, representing a regional milestone in human-centred healthcare and reinforcing the UAE's standing for innovation in patient experience.

At the heart of the initiative is the PureHealth Signature Patient Experience framework, a model that aligns medical precision with elevated service at every patient touchpoint. Using Dorchester Academy's expertise in luxury guest experiences, the programme seeks to ensure that each interaction—from arrival to discharge—reflects attentiveness, dignity and streamlined support.

The first phase emphasises leadership development, convening senior PureHealth executives in tailored workshops. These sessions focus on building emotional intelligence, improving patient engagement and practising empathetic communication, equipping leaders to implement these principles across the network. More than 400 PureHealth employees are slated to benefit from this training during the initial rollout.

Future phases will examine aspects such as healthcare environment design, integrated wellness programming and hospitality-inspired culinary offerings, expanding the partnership's reach into the operational and experiential dimensions of care.

By combining the accuracy of modern medicine with personalised, service-oriented delivery, the collaboration establishes a higher benchmark for patient experience—care that is both clinically excellent and distinctly humane.
