Palash and Smriti have shared a loving relationship for years, their connection growing both personally and in the public eye. They've set their wedding date for November 23, 2025, generating anticipation among their fans.
In his letter of congratulations, PM Modi expressed joy over their impending nuptials, which will include a friendly cricket match as part of the wedding festivities. He mentioned, “It is wonderful news to hear about the wedding of Smriti and Palash on November 23, 2025. Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Mandhana and Muchhal families on this joyful occasion.”
The Prime Minister conveyed wishes for their future together, stating, “As they navigate the seasons of life hand in hand, may they find strength in one another. May their hearts and minds resonate together, guiding them toward a happiness-filled future.”
PM Modi also made a poetic allusion to their skills, saying, “May Smriti and Palash create a life grounded in trust, supporting each other, embracing love in their responsibilities, and evolving through each others’ strengths and shortcomings. As they embark on this new journey, the elegance of Smriti’s cricket is harmoniously complemented by Palash’s musical talents.”
He humorously noted the planned celebration, remarking, “It is delightful that a celebratory cricket match has been arranged between Team Groom and Team Bride! May both teams emerge victorious in the game of life. I extend my blessings for this landmark event.”
Smriti previously shared her engagement news with Palash through an engaging Instagram video featuring her Indian teammates Jemimah Rodrigues, Shreyanka Patil, Radha Yadav, and Arundhati Reddy, performing a dance to the song Samjho Ho Hi Gaya from the film Lage Raho Munna Bhai, culminating in her revealing her engagement ring.
Palash, originally from Indore, confirmed their wedding plans at a recent event, explaining, “She will soon be the daughter-in-law of Indore… that’s all I wish to say. I’ve given you all you need to know.”
Now, the couple prepares for their wedding on November 23, 2025, with celebrations anticipated to be rich in cricket, music, and familial joy.
